For over 40 years and without equivocation Mark Huckins, the founder, has never charged a customer a service fee to repair their blinds. Our philosophy is simple, take care of your customers and they will be your greatest advocates. This may seem a bit radical to our competitors but to the Lifetime team it's viewed as a game-changing service. And our customers love us all the more for it.
As blinds and shades evolve they're becoming more complex. Automatic, motorized, and cordless shades are growing in demand. But with these new luxury innovations comes maintenance and service. We never charge our customers for service calls.
We exceed the manufacturer's 5 year warranty with our
Free Lifetime Service Warranty.
You'd be hard pressed to find anyone else that does this.
We will replace any part for manually operational shades free of charge
(as long as the parts are available).
Motorized shades come with a 5 year warranty.
If a motor burns out or becomes inoperable after the manufacturer's warranty expires we will replace the motor at cost.

Furthermore, the cleaning results are guaranteed by Hunter Douglas against any type of damage or shrinkage for the original owner.
